BigDave88: WOw, big congratulations!! Hope the big day went well. 3-5lbs is nothing, 2 or 3weeks and can get rid of that. I justed posted afew photos taking 2 days ago, lighting is not the best but you can see the progress. No wont be doing a show this year, still need to improve my shoulders and chest first. ALso I will have to travel to england because there are no natural only shows in Ireland.

llulko: mines goign great but diet is off on the weekends which keeps me from my goals.. so stupid but i am jst having fun this summer.. i was in top shape for my wedding 2 months ago and that last 3-5 lbs creeped back up on me from all the wedding celebrations lol.. i have to get back on track and i will.. are you goign to do a show?

BigDave88: Hey, Im actually dieting now.. 4.5 weeks into diet and have lost 4kg, looking very lean and my strength hasnt gone down at all. Havent been on the net much, busy at home and training 3 times per day, cardio twice and weights once.
