- After losing 60 pounds, I became motivated to teach other people what I learned. I got certified as a personal trainer, and after a few years of working at 24 Hour Fitness I decided to start my own studio, Gym Class Fitness. I run bootcamps, offer personal training, and give nutrition education classes to help other people reach their goals like I did!
