  • I've always exercised and stayed "fit" but right after college I found myself more in the weight room than on cardio equipment. Everything just snowballed from there. Then in August of 2010 I decided to compete in my first figure competition and that's when my training went to a whole new level. I started training with a purpose to acheive changes and gains.
