    1 Protein Shake & 1 apple or 1 cup Blueberries or Strawberries
  • Meal 3:
  • 4 oz Grilled Chicken
    1/2 Sweet Potato
    Steamed Broccoli
  • Meal 4:
  • 4 Oz 93% Lean Turkey Burger
    1/8 Cup Walnuts or 10 Almonds
    1/2 Cup Brown Rice
    Steamed Asparagus
  • Meal 5:
  • 4 oz Orange Roughy or Tilapia
    Large Spinach Salad w 1 to 2 Tbs Dressing Or Steamed Broccoli or Asparagus
  • Meal 6:
  • 3 egg whites with Paul Newman’s Pineapple Salsa
    or
