for me its all about diet.. no matter how hard i train!!
 
 
This summer is killing me alittle. the all day bbqs, and open bottles of wine, dips and cheese is a nightmare. i am sooo good during the week but let loose on the weekends.. this is why i like going out to eat were i have portions rather then open bottles of wine lol.. you look great though!!! i look forward to following your training.. you should start a journal on here.. i have one made up inthe womens journals..
