- It all started with wrestling in High School. After losing 60+ lbs. and getting shape for wrestling in high school, I knew I wouldn't have what it takes to make it as a collegiate wrestler. But I did want to build my physique. I picked up my first issue of FLEX in June of 2001 and I've been hooked ever since.
