6am start again at the gym - although I forgot my work shirt, trousers and tie and had to return home - gutted!! Returned to the gym at 6.25am, 25 minutes shaved off my mega session - bad start! Focused on whole upper body, doing tricep dips, pull-downs, inclined sit-ups, bicep curls, shoulder press
