llulko: thats sounds like a great plan to me specially if you have to be fit all year round.. how is your contest prep goign?  what type of diet are you on… carb cycle, low carb,  or low fat ????

adlemmons: During off season, I’ll stick to at least 5-6 days of cardio, but usually it’s only 15-20 minutes. But, I also teach a bootcamp class twice/week, which I consider a form of cardio. Since I do some fitness modeling, I like to stay lean year round. =)
Next show is set for November. NPC Nationals in Miami!!

llulko: do you really do cardio six days a week? i use to do that but now i do 4 days hitt.. i notice when my diet is spot on idon tneed that much cardio.. I HATED it! do  you do this all year round or just prep?
