helenawf: Hi! I am doing good. Working too much. I have been averaging around 10 to 10 1/2 hours a day. Plan on working Saturday too. With any luck I can stay away on Sunday. I got to the gym last night around 8 p.m. and didn’t get home until 10 after 10. I keep time for exercise and if I didn’t plan and pack my food every day I would be in trouble. How is your training going? You are making time for that during your busy schedule? lol
