- Meal 1:
- oatmeal with 1 tbsp. peanutbutter , 1 banana, 8oz water, multivitamin
- Meal 2:
- cerealbar ,piece of fruit and water
- Meal 3:
- spinach salad with chicken breast ,water, multivitamin
- Meal 4:
- protien shake or string cheese and crackers
- Meal 5:
- lean protien, 1 cup veggies and a complex carb
- Meal 6:
- protien shake or protien meal

Hey For optimum fat loss I would avoid mixing fats with carbohydrates
For example meal 1: I would not mix peanut butter with oatmeal or a banana
Try to eat maybe oatmeal and egg whites
Meal 2: The cereal bar and fruit has too much sugar and no protein. I would add a lean protein
