Nutrition Plan

  • Meal 1:
  • oatmeal with 1 tbsp. peanutbutter , 1 banana, 8oz water, multivitamin
  • Meal 2:
  • cerealbar ,piece of fruit and water
  • Meal 3:
  • spinach salad with chicken breast ,water, multivitamin
  • Meal 4:
  • protien shake or string cheese and crackers
  • Meal 5:
  • lean protien, 1 cup veggies and a complex carb
  • Meal 6:

Hey For optimum fat loss I would avoid mixing fats with carbohydrates
 
For example meal 1: I would not mix peanut butter with oatmeal or a banana
Try to eat maybe oatmeal and egg whites
 
 
Meal 2:  The cereal bar and fruit has too much sugar and no protein.  I would add a lean protein
