5 sets of 5 are killers!

Coach has us doing 5 sets of 5 maximum in the squat right now, and its a killer!  I am so use to doing only singles that it is hard for my body to rep out fives.  This will get me strong for my one rep max and my snatch clean and jerk though.  Once well rested my legs will be stronger than ever!
