The last rep!
In bodybulding if the last rep is not hard than you are not getting the full effect of your work out. I am preparing a guy right now for his first bodybuilding compitition and he is looking good! Whatever reps I have him do the last one is almost impossable, it works. The last rep is the most importand because you are putting so much stress on it, you are killing it, you are breaking it down. Go maximum in every set and you will see big gains, and fast gains. what do you think? Jon North 2012

However, I have read many experts say not to go to fatigue “all the time” when using heavy weights low reps.
I am not disagreeing with you although there are different methods of training and breaking plateaus… (Drop sets, super sets, agonist sets ect…)
Do you want to go to complete fatigue??
I have heard many experts say that you should not go to complete fatigue depending on your specific workout specially on your first couple sets..
