Start of Cutting for spring
Today was the first day of my cutting stage. Im going to start to lean out rathe than bulk. Now at the same time I dont want to get to lean at this point becuase I still want to keep my gain that I have made of the Winter period. What Im looking to do is just start leaning out the abb section of my body. IM starting to incorporate more cardio and hi pase work out to speed up my heart rate. To was monday and I started with my normal chest routine that is on my profile for mondays. The one thing that I ended with was hangin leg lift for my abbs. Treat them like any other muscle. I did about 5 sets of 12 with control. I finished the day with 30 mins cardio on the treadmil on a incline of 4.0 speed at 4.3 to start for the first 10 mins. Then increased the incline up to 12 percent and the speed lowered to 4.0. This is going to make sure that I dont mbreak down the muscle but I just shead the fat that Im trying to lose around the lower abb section and lower back.

One question… You said you are trying to lean out your abs..
BUT….You can’t spot reduce…..
So are you using your abs as a guide to your “cutting” results, or are you just trying to get cut abs???
