I deiced to make a blog and tell you my workout and my diet and hopefully you can help me and correct me on what I’m doing wrong….
Today I have eaten so far is porridge for breakfast, lunch tuna sandwhich and half of cheese and pickle sandwhich with water…
When I go to the gym later I will be doing back and biceps, friday leg and biceps, saturday shoulders I have already done chest and triceps on wednesday and on monday I did spinning. I usually do….
monday-chest and triceps
tuesday-back and biceps
wednesday-legs and biceps
thursday-shoulders
friday-chest and triceps
saturday-some sort of carido
sunday some sort of cardio again.
I also do fittnes classes through the week such as…
bodypump
bodycombat
spinning
thighs, bums and tums
circuits
hula hooping…
I do about 2/3 classes a week if not more..
