Post workout

Does anyone know of any post workout suppliment thats any good, but with out any creatine or stuff along those lines?

Donny: gmen, I’ve always gotten great results with Surge Recovery shakes. They have a really high dose of BCAA and some of the highest quality protein you’ll find on the market.
As far as creatine goes, there is a ton of marketing and misinformation and crap out there, but it has also been the most studied suppement by far and been proven to work time and time again. Ignore all the gimicks and claims about binding this and that to creatine, it’s all a load of crap. Creatine Monohydrate is creatine monohydrate, and there’s no need to pay out your ass for products that just throw some stuff that won’t have any impact on your body but sounds sciency and cool. The chemical reactions that create the plain creatine you’ll find on the market are all the same, and its near impossible to bind anything to it that your body will actually use. Water retention and bloating with creatine are largely determined by quality as well, so if you do want to try creatine do some research and find a company that uses quality control testing and independent labs.

MeatSackAL: Go with a BCAA you need them for muscle recovery. Almost all your post work outs are going to have creatine in them. Creatine is used to recover the muscle it just matter to what kind that you take. Stay away from monohydrate becuase it will retain water and slow you down for sports. Check out Universial Torrent. This is a serious post-work out. YOu willsee right away tou muscles will feel really recovered after a hard work out.
