hmm,nice site,where is everyone? been on here a while and thought its about time i wrote something. duuno what though. i should say hi to everyone,hi,my name is stu and i lift 3 times a week,as heavy and strict as i can and i eat like a bloody pig,really! i swear alot and tend to dance around like a fool during my set breaks! i put that down to the ipod and the mental tunes i tend to put on there.on the upside it counts as cardio,thats my excuse anyway and i will stick to it,i chuffin hate cardiovascular nonsense work but i am partial to swinging my pants to the odd beat or 6 whilst i am lifting! in a nutshell that is me,love lifting,love eating,love swearing but dislike running! shit if i had have said that at the start i wouldnt have had to write so much! why do people say “in a nutshell” stupid statement,after all,a nut is in a nutshell!

I hate cardio but i do it because i have to ewwwwwwwwwwwww…. I would rather dance in between my sets though lol more fun..
If your diet is spot on and you train super hard, short breaks and dance around then you are fine without it!
Why do you only lift 3 times a week?? Are you seeing the result with it? From the look of your picture it seems like its working..
I am sure you are eating like a beast but healthy thought because your are ripped..
