plans are afoot!

hi all,i tried to write a blog last night but the god of blogs said no! for some reason he wouldnt let me,i did tell him he was a twat but he was having none of it,the twat!
anyway,i have a plan to give my chest a bit of a kick up the arse,actually my chest doesnt have an arse but you get my drift.there are flaws in my plan,let me explain if you would be so kind.i lift at home mostly and whilst that has advantages for example,i can lift in just my ipod and my undercrackers without getting arrested! i can also grunt and fart and swear and er,fart and swear again,without getting arrested.thing is i want to go to failure on decline everything,ie with the barbell and the dumbells.i bought some of those thick rubber mats so that i can throw my dumbells on the flooer like the big boys in the gym do,well,and the little boys too! the barbell i need a spot for and short of paying a million quid a month for a gym membership where i can watch all the big and small boys grunt and throw their plates on the floor and all the girls in lycra sweating.oh,hang on,lycra,sweating,that doesnt sound too bad as it goes! sorry,i digress,so,without a spot i cant go to failure on bench press,pooo! so,decline dumbell and flyes to failure it is then.see,it is a sort of a plan anyway! did back today,it was a very pleasant experience in a grunty,sweaty,sweary kind of way,after that i had a nice cup of tea and a banana! enjoy the weekend out there wherever you all are.

llulko: Hahahah… i love reading your blogs! You are to much.. i didn’t know you trained at home.. that is some dedication!! I don’t know if i would be able to do that with all the distractions.. were do you live?? By me so many new gyms opened up.. They are 20 dollars a month,  they don’t have those girly classes but who cares!! Its not like you are going to take them.. ahahhaha maybe you will to watch the girls sweat lol.. in all seriousness they are awesome gyms! Great new equipment and cheap as hell!! I am sure you can support 20 dollars a month.. they are chains called retro fitness, 24 hour fitness, blink, just to name a few… i guess it depends were you live…
 
That sucks that you cant go to failure.. do you have any friends that would workout with you??
 
Well here is a tip.. max out your bench press (or any other exercise) as much as you can and then super set push ups, or light dumbbell chest press.. You will definitely feel the burn and it will help build muscle no matter what!  Hummm not sure if i advise workout out in just underwear lol.. that is just weird!!  However by all means do you manly things!! i guess it a perk working out by yourself.. know i understand why you dance around in between sets!! Nobody is there to judge!
