chesty stuey!
hello fitness people,as some of you may know from my last post,mind you,i dont know who you all are but some of you are reading i guess,hello by the way. i digress,sorry i keep doing that shit!
i had a plan for chest to failure but had problems so after listening to some tips from a friend on here i tried a different plan of action,well,i say action,it was hardly action,makes me sound like a member of the bloody a-team or something! remember them? they got the job done those buggers! anyway,i decided to stick with the decline stuff but i supersetted everything with pushups and well you could have knocked me down with a chuffin feather.the pump was awsome as you lot over there say,really bloody intense. i dropped the weight abit on the decline stuff in anticipation that it would be hard and stone me it was.tooka few reps of wobbling around like an old fart,hang on,i am an old fart. but after that it was hey presto i am getting it done large in a sort of manly lifting grunty farty kind of way. i am interested now to see what the doms effect will be like in the next two days.i have two rest days now because as i said,i am an old fart who needs more rest these days!
lets see what happens,and thanks for the tips laura,i will keep at this for a couple of months and see what occurs.
thats it but remember,its easier to put your socks on sitting down than standing up!

after everywork out you can keep us up to day on your journal.. dont kepe creating a new one.. just post on that same one… i am so happy you tried the super sets… its a great alternative to burn out those BLOODY muscles lol… love the english terms… i can only imagine how hard it is to train in yor own home but it seems like you are doing just find.. keep us posted and let me know when you start your journal.. its so much better and people can follow along without your post getting lost.. its all on one page.. posts some progress pics in your profile!
