Eating too much of anything can be bad for you, and focusing on only a few foods (even chicken, broccoli and brown rice) can leave you deficient in other vitamins and minerals.
 
Make sure you are eating every color of the rainbow throughout the week to ensure you are getting all the beneficial compounds found in different colored foods. “Pete Bauman”

llulko: greek yogurt is amazing.. i use it for everything.. i make savory sauces, sweet topping for my pancakes, in place of mayo or sour cream,  i like adding it to shakes, or just adding frozen berries or cocoa powder.. it is so diverse!

athares: U try to deversify as much as possible, I have to admit I am guilty of doing this with my daughter.  I try to sneak in as many new foods as possible but it is a challenge with a picky eater.

mkaelin: It’s gotta be greek yogurt for me. It’s a great snack, it’s portable, it mixes well in protein shakes, and it fills me up.
