2012
I’m into making 2012 the best year for my personal fitness ever. I’m committed to making no excuses for my fitness lifestyle and will make “genetics” work for me. I will force out my best and push myself for MY perfection. Nothing else less than 100% will be acceped. If I make it or if i don’t will not depend on whether or not I do the work. If I cheat, I only cheat on myself. Short term goals have to be met in order to obtain the full picture of what I have set for me. It will take work, commitment and sacrifice but it has to be done in order to complete the years task.
