Body Mechanics Whey Protein Review

Hey guys,
So I just got my first canisters of Body Mechanics Whey Protein and am super excited to try it. I got one each of vanilla and chocolate, and will be posting about my experience with it, including the recipes I am trying. With such high levels of Aminogen and Carbogen, I am expecting this stuff to be super high quality and to not cause bloating and discomfort in my stomach like I’ve experienced with some other protein powders out there. We’ll see how it tastes and mixes with those digestive enzymes thrown in, but I have high hopes.
Feel free to add in your own comments and share recipes if you have tried it as well!

musclegym2: It might be a bit of fruit but I use 1/4 banana, 2 scoops of BMW and a splash of almond milk and 50% less sugar and cals OJ taste like a creamsicle. I look forward to this one.

lonniej: You are going to like Body Mechanics Whey..The shake you mixed up looks better than anything I tried so I don’t have any recommendations for receipies..You are right on how well it mixes..I once put 1.5 scoops in a glass of water and mixed it with a spoon..Absolutely no residue..That would be a disaster with other protein powders I’ve tried…

PeteBauman: Had to go into work super early today, so instead of eating a whole breakfast I decided to use my Body Mechanics Whey Protein to make a nice meal on the go. Here’s the recipe I tried:
1 scoop Vanilla Body Mechanics Whey Protein Powder
1 1/2 cups Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 cup Fresh Blueberries
1 Medium Sized Banana
2 tbsp Ground Flax Seed
1 tbsp Smooth Almond Butter
dash of Cinnamon
this protein powder mixes extremely well. Usually I find a little bit of powder caked on the side of my blender where the powder clumped up against the side, but I didn’t find any with this one, which makes cleaning so much easier! This recipe is one of my favorites, and it tastes amazing with this protein as well. It’s almost noon and I haven’t experienced any stomach discomfort at all, which often happens with morning shakes and makes work uncomfortable. So far, so good.
Does anyone have any good breakfast shake recipes that they use when they have to run in the morning and don’t have time to make a real breakfast?
