tips about cardio and fat loss

The instant that you are done with low intensity jogging (45-60 min. at 60-70% max heart rate) your body is done burning calories.
If you do an intense set of interval training your body will burn calories up to 2-4 hrs after you’re done with your work out
Interval training also change the way your body stores food and calories.  It helps break down meals by storing carbs as glycogen in the muscles and liver in preparation for your next cardio/work out session.  In this case what do you think makes more sense?????
Obviously high intensity cardio[/size] Doing high intensity interval training saves your time, joints, health and improves over all body image results
