So you want to see your abs? Keep it simple

For motivation reasons weigh yourself and take three pictures (front , middle and back so you have a starting point in your ab plan.

You will need a well-balanced plan to achieve your goal

The plan must start with diet - cut your carb intake in half, reduce your intake of sugar. Carbs and sugar are major producers of fat. Develop a good cardio routine start where your current fitness level allow you to do. Let’s say 5 times a week for 20 minutes, increasing each week by 5 minutes until you see the desired result. (It’s OK to split up your cardio at the beginning and end of your workout.

Ab exercises - For starters I’d suggest, crunches, seated leg lifts and decline situps. As you become more fit you can add in a couple of more.

Another thing you can try is a fat burner such as Oxy elite pro it will help you reduce fat and give you a little more energy in your workout. It’s a nice supplement that can help you achieve your goal of seeing your abs. Remember a fat buener is only a short turn fix. Once you see your abs you should be able to maintain through proper diet and your workout program.

Food for thought ! Most people already have their ab muscles they just can’t see them because of the fat covering them. ( Diet/Cardio) Good luck in achieving your ab goals! Always remember that before you start any fitness program, diet or take any nutritional supplements to consult with your Doctor. musclegym2: I agree I wouldn’t add a fat burner. Do what you need to do with diet and exercise. If you want to keep your abs you need to learn how to feed yourself so you aren’t dying. But if you want to see them you have to go to bed hungry. If you don’t think you should eat it…..don’t.

llulko: i like your approach!! nice and simple… however i would suggest NOT taking a fat burner..

If anything you should add natural fat burners like green tea and spices but not pills..

also, with cardio.. i would do hiit vs steady state.. i do agree that you should limit your carbs and make them healthy carbs with fiber and cut out sugar!

its all about diet and training hard!
