know before you rate

Ok, I’ll be the first to admitt that as a whole the supplement market is
a major scam produced by companies to sell their products and most are
vitually worthless. Howver; I just read some reviews by some customers
that purchased a product that I won’t name. These fellows had the
“knowledge” to write that they had tried this product and found it to be worthless
and that they had “felt” no gains and did not get any strength gains. They recommended not to purchase the item.
This tells me nothing. Everyone wants a magic pill they can take to get
size and strength then they want to skip workouts and go watch Greys
Anatomy. so here is the problem with these “reviews”.
First off how do you “feel” a gain in lean bodyweight? Muscle does not come out and say hello.
Second, did you record your 1 rep max in
the beginning and again at the end of your usage or record your bodyfat
before and after and body weight or your single rep max?
Maybe you
gain a couple pounds how do you know? Maybe this product is garbage but how will anyone with common sense know?
So I purchased this supplement
they all bad mouthed. Before I started it I took BEFORE measurements-my bodyfat my weight a before picture
and recorded my before single rep max.
I will do all these again after the 30 days of usage is done.
This is the only way to know if
something works or not. You can’t rate something if you have no data to
back it up with. Maybe its good and maybe its garbage but if your going
to try something and rate it do what it takes to give it a real review.
So in 30 days I will give a review of this product and have supporting documentation to back it up.
