suprised and very dissapointed

I initiated this group to try and drum up support for a drug free training lifestyle. I personally spend at least a month a year schooling 8,9 and10 year old boys on living a drug free life. I would like this community to prosper and get into some deep discussion it does not have to be just designer drugs alot of sports athelete’s experiment with a little of everything. I think especially with the young guys and girls just getting into stength or physic sports this is an issue that needs to be discussed. SO ask all you vets there who have tried or are using or can just give support for a natural lifestyle lets talk about it. Pro’s con or just experience’s that you have been through or witnessed others go through speak up.

UFGators: This is a good plan. I like how you are focusing on your abbs and letting the rest of the body folow with it will, for that lean dry look.

llulko: Great workout routine for your cutting phase. 
One question… You said you are trying to lean out your abs..
BUT….You can’t spot reduce…..
So are you using your abs as a guide to your “cutting” results, or are you just trying to get cut abs???
