My new squat program

For the next few weeks i’ll be doing a block of training for my squat that will focus almost entirely on singles with some doubles and triples in there at the end of the workouts.

Ill keep a log of my daily squat workouts.

MadMax: Triple bodyweight would be pretty incredible thats like 290ish we’ll see.

MadMax: I would love to hit 600 this week perhaps friday.
Once I hit 600 (if I do) ill back off the squats a bit and start training the lifts a lot more.

MadMax: Saturday I did 260 in the morning and missed 272 again but I just wanted to put it on my back and try.

afternoon I did a triple with 240

MadMax: Friday morning I tried 272.5 which is 600lbs I was as close as I have ever been with it but I didn’t get it.

In the afternoon I did a bunch of singles with 250kg

MadMax: Ok thursday took light did 250kg by one then nothing in the afternoon.

MadMax: I weigh about 96-98kg about 212lbs.
