  • I have been training for a while, a couple years ago I did a twelve week transformation that resulted in losing 17 pounds of pure fat, and gaining eight pounds of muscle. I lost 8 percent body fat % points. I was amazed, so I became a personal trainer, and here I am again, starting all over after a car wreck and my own discipline issues.

  • Working out...duh! I indulge in watching the office, and some movies. Love to read, and am trying to become a Columbus Ohio Police Officer. Hopefully I'll update this soon as I get accepted to the academy!
