Preacher Curl

 
 
•    Sit on the preacher bench and grasp the dumbbell with your palms facing up.   •    Place the back of your arm on the pad.   •    Keep your torso in a stabilized position and curl the dumbbell by flexing your elbow.   •    Slowly lower the dumbbell, keeping a slight bend in your elbow.   •    Repeat with your opposite arm.
