    1 slice Ezekiel toast

  • Post workout shake:
    1 scoop whey protein powder w/ water
  • Meal 4:
  • 4 oz grilled chicken breast
    1 cup steamed veggies (broccoli, green beans,
    asparagus, etc)
  • Meal 5:
  • 1 pkg tuna in water
    1 oz raw almonds
  • Meal 6:
  • 4 oz grilled Tilapia
    1 cup steamed veggies or 1/2 sweet potato
    1 glass fresh vegetable juice (made in our
    juicer)  
  • Meal 7:
  • Night time snack (if needed)
    1 scoop soy or casein protein w/ water
