supplementation is protien by muscletech, Muscletech Nano vapor, muscletech halo.
Workout habits 5 mornings @ 5:30 AM with 9 other team members and one evening through the week at 6 PM harness pulling trucks. we alternate workouts constantly our muscle’s never know which way we are coming in for the attack.
