Tips to keep in mind when buying protein…

“Make sure you are buying creatine monohydrate and not wasting extra money paying for some specially formulated version.”

“Many companies try to set themselves apart, or simply sell more by marketing their product with extra ingredients or special processing:

Personally I don’t feel like creatine needs to be cycled. The loading phase and all that is a ploy by supplement compnaies to buy more. If you remember creatine can also be found in a nice steak that you eat so you have been taking creatine your whole life when you think about it. I do beleive you can take too much of it and should only stick to a low dosage of 5-8 grams a day. I have never had to stop taking it or anything, my doases changed depending on the training but it’s one of those things that shouldn’t be overthought.

I just used plain creatine monohydrate. We get tested a lot in weightlifting so I can’t risk all these ingredients popping me on a test. I take bodystrong, nothing fancy but get’s the job done.
