I put my client, Sean, on this workout routine. Another name for this training regimen is “German Volume Training”.
He started out two years ago at around 30% body fat, 260 lbs, doing light weightlifting with two other trainers. I put him on German Volume Training cause he has the body frame of a linebacker. This routine taught him how to lift heavy weights and helped him build lean muscle extremely quickly. He is currently at around 15% body fat, 205 lbs, and this has become his go-to workout routine.
I highly recommend it.
