I recently have also been taking a Blue Raspberry BCAA mix, along with some glutamine in it as well. I will have to check the name of it once I get back home, but I LOVE this stuff. It is seriously amazing.

I would NEVER rely fully on supplements, Food tramples Supplements any day, i just like to have them to give me a little boost, if your diet is not good, supplements will amount to nothing… Thats why so many people take fat burners and just eat a bag of chips and watch tv, lol they think it is a magic pill when indeed it is the exact opposite, i never touched a fat burner, my fat burner is the Treadmill and green tea and cayenne pepper haha. I take very few supplements actually the only supplements i take are….. Hydrolized Whey Protein, BCAA’s, Omega 3’s and a multi vitamin. thats all i believe are needed, you could even cut out the BCAA’s if you wanted. I just feel they have kept me in check during my workouts, i seem to not feel as tired as quickly when i am usuing them.
