Great tips Pete! I really like the one about sitting down and relaxing while you eat! Some people are always running around trying to take care of things while they are eating, and they never sit down to truly enjoy the meal. That really can’t be good for digestion if you don’t calm yourself down. Looking forward to the next set of tips!

yeah, there really is nothing like making a great meal and sitting down to enjoy it, especially if you actually know your way around the kitchen. i gotta say eating is one of my favorite pasttimes. one thing to keep in mind though is that your taste buds become somewhat desensitized after 5-6 bites, so you better get as much enjoyment out of those first few bites as possible. you can always clear your pallete and maybe get a few more enjoyable bites out of your meal, but savoring your food can make life so much more enjoyable.

Would you classify people as binge eaters that eat when they are not even hungry????

I actually stopped chewing gum!! I had a crazy addiction but i think it was an oral fixation… i always felt like i needed to be drinking, eating or chewing something….

I think it was due to boredom… not sure… i have been gum free for 3 weeks!!

I have been chewing gum for 4 years like CRAZY!! I would chew a pack ever two days!!! I am so proud of myself and my stomach feels alot better!!!
