thanks Mike, hopefully you have learned something from the research and have been able to apply it to your workout nutrition protocols. most people simply go with whats cheapest or what tastes good, and they really only ascribe to that “45 minute postworkout window”, but they don’t realize that the nutrients you are ingesting right around workout time can have a big impact on what happens from a performance standpoint, as well as impact your recovery and how well you are able to burn fat and retain muscle.
