supersetting is great for shoulders. as you’ll see in a future article, the shoulder triad is a particularly great shoulder routine, and works extremely well with supersetting since it is three different exercises that work three different parts of the shoulders that can be done in succession.

David did a great job with this article!! Wow. I love the fact that he left otut he whole bench press article type thing. Because we have all read about 1,000 articles in relation to that. I really enjoyed this. I have always heard about the push press - but also didn’t realize it was so crucial in building upper body mass. I am going to give this a shot during my next builking cycle as well! Great article Muscle Doggers!

I have one hour a day and I make the most of it. There are few exercises I don’t superset. Even just sticking abs or neck work inbetween sets. I do back and chest together, bis and tris, legs I do on ext and curl even light days I will stiff leg and squat superset. Like you said a lot of work in a little time you can’t beat it.

Decline bench press is also a pretty decent exercise for the anterior deltoids. I would not rank it in the top  3 though for me personally. It can be a great overall mass builder for your upper body, though!
