Wow - finally an article that has to do with mixing up my protein shake!! haha phew! I have been waiting for different ideas in terms of mixing up my protein shake for like a year. I always just get the same answer of “make a smoothie.” Which, I do sometimes. But the 1st and 3rd ideas are GOLDEN. I absolutely love it. Great stuff.

i like to put ground flax seed in mine as well. it gives a nice nutty flavor and big boost of fiber and polyunsaturated fats. it can make the shake a little grainy, but the health benefits and taste are definitely worth it.
