I loved the exercises listed! I do a ton of seated rows (on the upright seated row machine). That machine is absolutely golden. It keeps it so I don’t swing and places the majority of the stress on the back where it should be. Good stuff there. With the bent over rows I know I can do more weight, but, I am more likely to cheat and swing my body around.
