I am a HUGE fan of unsweetened almond milk and coconut milk… they TASTE amazing and much lower in calories with great health benefits… i do use skim cows milk in my coffee though! I think anything else taste weird in coffee because i don’t liked flavored coffee.

I never tried goats milk, rice milk, grain milk, or help milk… i am REALLY curious to try it…
Help milk sounds wonderful!

I do like vanilla soy milk however i am not a fan of drinking soy anymore… it taste great with cereal!!

Rice milk?? Hummm i think i will skip that… no flavor?? Boring!!!

What is your favorite milk to drink and why??

Rice milk and Grain milk just do not sound right haha, yuck! I have been around the industry a long time but just haven;t given any of those different milks a shot. It definitely means I am behind the wagon so to speak as it relates to that. I am certainly thinking about giving the goat and coconut milk a try though. I have heard of those a lot and do see a lot of athletes starting to drink them.

grain milk is actually really similar to almond milk in consistency and taste, but rice milk is a little more watery. if you like almond milk i would just stick with that.

wow, i just saw this in the store today: Almond Breeze, the most popular brand of almond milk manufacturer, is now carrying a blend of almond and coconut milk. i guess they decided to mix the two to get the benefits of both! i bought a box of this and will definitely be letting you guys know how it is.
