if you want to build more muscle, then yes you want to have more testosterone. testosterone is responsible for stimulating protein synthesis and the building of muscle in both men and women. professional bodybuilding females typically have elevated levels of testosterone and are tailoring their diets and exercise regimens to maximize those hormone levels in order to lose the fat and build muscle to get the bodies that they have.

Absolutely…Many of them gear their training and diet to make sure their testosterone levels are elevated…And, if you are talking the top 25% of all female bodybuilders, then, yes, every single one of them injects testosterone! It is just a requirement for a female to gain that much muscle mass. It cannot be done naturally and must require extra testosterone to create new growth to that extent.

women body builders are sooo shredded.. they ahve less body fat then a figure competitor.. i always wondered how that was possible.. it must be from injections???

I would say it is definitely from steroids. Whether or not that is injection based or not obviously depends on what you take. More often than not they are on testosterone injections plus other steroids that come in oral forms. Many of them can be used for cutting cycles and many can be used for bulking cycles depending on the time of the year/upcoming shows. Bodybuilders have that stuff down to a science!

its crazy how anyone can get that shredded… its defnitley a science.. it comes down to water, salt, food, diaretics, injections?? that just sounds dangerous!
