lol, no it doesnt. and for those of you looking to pack on the muscle mass, beef is one of the few natural sources of creatine, yes that little white powder you put in your shakes and coffee every day.

Flank Steak stir fry
Ingredients
Flank steak
Red orange and green peppers
Asparagus
¼ cup Red wine vinegar
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp Paprika
2 tbsp Parsley
Salt and peeper
Garlic
¼ cup Lemon juice and lime juice
Directions
Flank steak marinade: Combine
Red wine vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
Paprika
Parsley
Salt and peeper
Garlic
Lemon juice
Stir fry: add
(Spray pam on the pan)
Add Chopped up red, orange and green peppers
Add Chopped up asparagus
Salt pepper, garlic, lime juice, paprika
A little water to stem up veggies
Cook for 15-20 min.
Flank Steak
Add a little bit of remaining marinade on skillet
Cook steak as desired (make sure to sear both sides to seal the juices and flavor)
Then slice steak with the grain and mix with veggies stir fry (YUMMMMMMMMMMMMM)
