“spot reduction” isn’t possible, meaning you can’t target one place (or spot)  on your body to cut fat from. you need to continue to cut fat all over, and your body will cut fat from your arms naturally. you can make the muscles underneath bigger, but generally you have to gain weight to add size to your arms. basically i would advise that you stop worrying about particular spots on your body and focus on overall fat loss. keep fighting the good fight and your arms will eventually fall in line with everything else.

Pete is 100% correct… You cant spot reduce… I see people in the gym doing hundreds of crunches hoping to see a six pack when they have over 20% body fat.  IT’S NOT POSSIBLE!! Just stick with your diet and nutrition plan if it is working for you

If you feel like you are stalling in your progress, reevaluate your diet and training…

What are your stats? What does your current diet and training routine look like??
Do you implement high intensity interval training?

You can really try to pump up your biceps and triceps, but I think they’re right about the fat loss. I read somewhere that tricep extensions caused the most muscle activity in the triceps according to EKG tests, and triple 7’s or “21’s” have always been a great exercise for pumping up biceps and generating some size.

Diet diet diet. You always gotta remember that fat loss is 70-80% nutrition. That applies for getting your six pack, losing live handles, every spot on your body which carries fat.
