RACK PULLS:

Racks are a great way to get the erectors ignited as well. Especially if you cant do deads because of back issues.

I have degenerative disk disease and Deads are just out of the question, yet Racks are the best alternative and work for me.

My trainer, Brandon Lyons, 240 lbs 5’ 10” about 5% BF has  massive back straps and give credit to RACKS.

i’m a big fan of face pulls. these are great for your lats and realy target the rhomboids, which are sometimes hard to get with other exercises. you can’t load them up like some other exercises, but you can still put a decent amount on and go with higher reps.

The best way to develope the erectors is with back extensions.  Dont confuse these with back raises or glute ham raises, its a different exercise.
