I tried this yesterday… its actually a fun workout and you can definitely feel the burn after each exercise

Hell yes they are fun exercises! I can’t think of many things more fun than slamming a weighted ball down as hard as you can and not having to worry about it popping. These exercises also provide a really intense workout if you keep your pace up. Anyone else tried any of these exercises?

These are great exercise for HIIt, tabata, or circuit training!
 
I will definitely make up a routine with medicine ball exercises to add variety and spark up my workouts… Great article THANKS!

-Medicine Ball Crossover Push-ups
-Ball Smash
-Vertical Chops
-Dead Man Ball Throw
