Excellent read it may be on the light side of things in terms of overall calories but hey you want a “lean bulk” right.

How would you change this diet if you were a skinny teenager? Double it? triple?

very simple answer to your question, if your not gaining weight, eat more and drink more milk.  If you are still not gaining weight, add in a couple of meals at Burger King each week.
