I don’t know about you, but I’m tired of seeing girls at the gym who are dressed in a way that give the rest of us who actually care about training a bad name. Some girls come to the g…

I hope most people don’t wear heels, booty shorts, full blown cleavage, and jewelry… I think its pretty self explanatory… I guess if women do this they are NOT there to train…
There is no way training is on their mind.

The best thing in this article was………………..

“You should have enough sense and self-respect to dress appropriately, and if you are really going to the gym to get results, there is a proper way to dress.”

Bottom line!! You are there to train!!

“Oh, and for any boys that might be reading this and laughing, please stop ogling me and the other girls at the gym, it’s creepy! If you do really want to have a conversation, “bump” into me on my way out of the gym and ask me out to coffee and maybe I’ll give you a chance, but don’t try to hit on me while I’m in the middle of a set!”

This is my biggest pet peeve… When someone does this i avoid them like the plague… I take a longer route, put my music really loud, and pretend I don’t hear or see them… You guys actually make it worse for your self.   I literally look at you like you are a disease!!! Just saying…

“I go to the gym to meet my goals, which doesn’t include meeting an unfocused/unmotivated and possibly narcissistic boy!”

I don’t have respect for people that come to the gym to socialize… That’s not what the gym is for…

If you are a social butterfly, fine… keep it to yourself but don’t try to bring me down… I have my own goals and you are not taking me down with you!

I’m glad you agree with me! I know it’s crazy, but I have seen girls at the gym in heels a handful of times and it drives me nuts. I have to restrain myself from slapping them or yelling at them to get out! It’s a total sham and a huge distraction, and it is dangerous to boot. the girls who dress like skanks just make me laugh and feel sorry for them, but doing something dangerous like wearing heels is just taking it too far.

i look at these women as a joke and have no respect for them.. They are they for all the wrong reasons and take up my space and MY machine..

i feel like they are a waste of my space and crowd the gym..

They should just hang out at the juice bar or go to a lounge down the street..

boobs popping out of your low cut push up bra and your ass hanging out is not cool.. They look like trash and should be treated that way in a gym…

Yes of course i have them but there is a time and place to wear them… not in a gym!

Also you have to make it look tasteless…

For example if you have a low cut shirt you should not wear a mini shirt…

If you wear a mini shirt you should not wear a low cut shirt… you get it??

Leave a little imagination!!
