I dont understand how people can go for HOUR without eating.. I become a horrible person if i dont eat lol.. super grumpy and tired..
 
I need to eat every 3 hours..
 
However.. when i was younger i coudl go HOURS without eating because that was what i was used to..
 
I for sure notice that people who skip breakfast and eat maybe 2 times a day are more obeses then those who eat 5-6 times a day..
 
The article said it just right! people who skip breakfast eat make poor chooses at lunch and eat double the amount they shoudl be in one sitting..

Sumo wrestlers cram most of their calories into 1-2 big meals right in the middle of the afternoon. Not eating breakfast and waiting til noon to eat a huge lunch and dinner could make you look just like one of them! Hahaha ^_^

you can’t overtate the importance of breakfast. it absolutely is the most important meal of the day, for all of the reasons you gave and more. i cringe every time a girl tells me that she doesn’t eat breakfast, and more often than not that is probably a big factor in why their love handles are way bigger than they want them to be!

why do people ignore the fact about breakfast?? there are so many  studies that prove how important breakfast is for fat loss, lean muscle mass, health and mental awareness..

how many people do you know that actually take the time to educate themselves about things like this and stay up on the current research? most americans get sucked into using crash diets, or stick with the stuff the government teaches or that they learned back in school decades ago. some even try to reason and figure it out themselves, using the logic that if you don’t east, your body will eat it’s own fat instead. it might be a logical conclusion to you and i since we stay informed on these matters, but unless you can get that message out to the general public in an effective way, they are going to continue to do stupid things like skipping breakfast.

It’s such a shame…
 
I think its more laziness, stubbornness, and ignorance… it not a secret that eating breakfast helps you lose weight, increase metabolism, appetite control, and energy… It’s on every commercial, textbook, fitness magazine and cereal box!
 
For some reason people are in denial and believe they are being lied to for some reason…
 
It does not make any sense to me…
