“Most people say that you should not begin your workout with ab training or you will be fatigued for the rest of the workout. Isn’t that the point of the workout? Most people I know work out to be fatigued and to get better. That is entirely the point. Eventually you will adapt anyway”
How do you guys feel about this quote? I think it really depends on your goals… if you just want to focus on good abs maybe it is a good idea to start with them however what if you goal is to increase your squat?? You really want to fatigue yourself with abs before you squat??
I rather do my abs after my REAL workout because i want to have 100% energy for the BIG exercises and have 100% motivation and energy.
Abdominal exercise do not burn many calories or build muscle… it should be your last priority… i would actually do abs last and suck it up.
I do agree that you should change up your workout and try something completely different to get new stimulus stated in the article…
