1. i like that it’s 2 months instead of just 1. studies show that nearly 75% of people have given up their fitness resolutions by the end of february so this will at least give them until then to get things on track

2. encouraging people to eat better is a great idea, and maybe having the extra money to spend on those foods they’ve never wanted to try will help them make the leap.

3. kettlebells - fun for the whole family!

i love all the ideas on this list. cute clothes or shoes or tools that they can use… all of these things should help get them excited to work out and stay motivated to go to the gym! people find all kinds of excuses for getting off track, and many of these gifts help to solve those issues so they don’t have any reasons not to stay on track other than their own laziness.

Thanks guys!

I love it when people are really considerate and try to help their loved ones lead a healthier lifestyle. People have enough problems motivating themselves, it is so much easier when they have people supporting them and making their efforts easier with things like these types of thoughtful gifts. If only more people would give gifts that encouraged health instead of things that made it harder (sweets, etc), we might be a little better off and not be facing such a big uphill battle. Did anyone use any of these guft ideas? Share! =)
