I dont agree with these two tips.. what are your thoughts??
 
Tip #1: Don’t keep more than one junk food item in your house.
  
 
If you have kids of course you will have more then one junk food in your house.. you have to learn will power.. if you cant control your eating then you did not master eating healthy and self control.. there will be situations were junk will be present via parties, work, holidays ect.. you have to learn will power.
 
 
Tip #3: Do NOT plan your cheat meals ahead of time. 
 
I believe cheat meals should be planned on a certain day… maybe you should not go as far as planning what you will eat but you should pick a day like the weekends… If you have his mind set you can become a victim of cheating more then you expect… planning is key for losing weight… if i just felt like having a cookie whenever then i am accountable for my actions.. I don’t agree with this AT All!
